Overview: This house is now our claim to fame, as its attracted a lot of local interest from the papers and social media. Standing empty for 27 years this house had become the relic of Andover with multiple people trying to buy it from the owner. It took 2 & 1/2 years for us to purchase it with various back and forths with the local council it finally exchanged hands in Aug 2021. Works have already commenced and we plan to extend to the rear to add sq footage for an open plan kitchen/diner as well as add a porch and fully refurb inside and out.
